The concept of Industry was developed by three of Kelowna’s premier bartenders Dave, Ty and Lucky in 2004.  An environment that was casual but sexy, intimate yet conversational, relaxed and definitely fun.
After years of planning and searching for the right location to launch their vision they came across the Prestige Hotel, a room which encompassed the name Industry with natural woods, wrought iron gates and exposed stone finishing. 
The drink menu was created over the years and upon completion introduced Kelowna and its visitors to some of the most cutting edge beverages around; combined with their flair bartending the lounge provides excitement from every angle.  Now all they needed was a menu that would provide the guests with the same experience…that is where I come in.
The challenge with the menu was to bring dishes to the guest that have not been seen before yet not get scared away with fancy names and obscure flavors.  My vision celebrates the simplicity of cooking by matching flavors that naturally complement one another.  The dishes are infused with many spirits, oils and worldly ingredients when combined are not only pleasing to the eyes but the palate as well.
